This initial meeting is dedicated to talking and listening. I will delve into your unique ideas, aspirations, and tastes, walking the site together to gain a deep understanding of the space.  It's the moment we connect with the very spirit of your place, marking the beginning of our creative journey.

Our conversation will also cover what's meaningful to you, exploring the site's history, aspect, architecture, geography, planned uses, and maintenance allowance.  Crucially, I will include important discussions around budget and expected timelines.

Following this insightful consultation, I will develop a comprehensive Client Brief, a detailed Quotation, and a Contract.  These steps ensure clarity and alignment before we move seamlessly into the exciting Concept Design phase.​​
